Strength Training for Triathletes
Strength training improves muscular strength and helps develop power for the endurance athlete. More importantly, training for strength improvements helps to prevent injury and limits bone density loss.
Build and Maintain: Strength Training for Triathletes is a new series of strength training programs developed by endurance sports and strength coach Krista Schultz, MEd, CSCS and coach David Glover.
These programs are designed specificially for the unique needs of triathletes. Each program contains 3 detailed and progressive exercise programs of 30 different exercises along with photographs and descriptions of proper form for each exercise.
