Over the past year, I have taken 38 minutes off my Olympic Triathlon finish time. A key to my improvement was attending a She Does Tri camp. During the course of the three day camp I received outstanding instruction in each discipline of triathlon as well as information about nutrition and injury prevention. I met an amazing group of women, many of whom I continue to keep in touch with.
