Brad Rex, Swim and Run Coach
In his own words:
“I happily fell into swimming after realizing I would never master the heavily weighted eye/hand sports: baseball, bowling and billiards. An unhappy set of circumstances allowed for time to sit on the deck with college coaches and learn why we swam all of those laps and why we did drills. I was fascinated. Still am. I learned from some great coaches: Frank Keefe, Doc Councilman, Mr. McElwee, and my dad, Bill Rex."
