  • 10 AM Seminar: Race Weekend
  • 11 AM Clinic: Tire Changing and Basic Bike Maintenance
  • 12 PM Lunch (Clinic: Bike Handling Skills)
  • 1 PM Exercise: Group Bike Ride
  • 4 PM Swim Clinic with Video Taping
  • 6 PM Dinner
  • 7 PM Free time
