Saturday
- 8 AM Breakfast (Clinic: Stretching and Injury Prevention)
- 10 AM Seminar: Race Weekend
- 11 AM Clinic: Tire Changing and Basic Bike Maintenance
- 12 PM Lunch (Clinic: Bike Handling Skills)
- 1 PM Exercise: Group Bike Ride
- 4 PM Swim Clinic with Video Taping
- 6 PM Dinner
