I feel so much more confident to do my first tri after attending this clinic! Not only do I know what to expect physically but I also know all the daunting details regarding race day, transitioning, etc. that most people only learn at their first race. The tips I learned have already improved my training program. I would recommend this clinic for anyone considering a tri."
